I’m Steven Faurschou, the proud owner of Absolutely Rugs. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

From a young age, I was always passionate about beautiful items and fascinated by modern and old-world decorations and designs. So, it was no surprise that ten years ago, I established Absolutely Rugs, an online carpet and flooring store offering an ensemble of the most up-to-date, high-quality area rugs from established Canadian rug distributors and the best weaving mills worldwide.

Since starting the business, technology and the internet have played a massive part in our broad reach as we can deliver to clients across Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Vancouver, Port Moody, and all over Canada.

What I love most about what I do is my ability to assist no matter where my clients are. I love working with different people and offering my high-quality products and customer service to them in the comfort of their study or living room.

My business philosophy is prompt services and on-time delivery, and this has enhanced the quality of my services significantly. As an individual, I believe what sets me apart is my eye for detail, dedication to my clients, and the high quality of the rugs we stock.

I attribute my success to my loyal customers and their many recommendations that see to it that my business grows year by year.

Serving so many happy clients and making their homes look warm and inviting has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, I have a few different hobbies and interests. However, I most enjoy hiking, skiing, and hockey.

I also believe in giving back to society and, as part of that belief, raise money for and support numerous charities.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
